Fees & Insurance
Why we’re out-of-network
Insurance reimbursement is built around short visits and high volume. Our model is the opposite: fewer patients, 90-minute initial evaluations, direct communication, and the time to investigate properly.
Practicing out-of-network is what makes that possible. It’s a real tradeoff, and we’d rather be upfront about it than have it come as a surprise.
What it costs
Session costs typically range from $240 to $820, depending on the type and length of the visit. We’ll walk through specifics during your complimentary consultation so you know what to expect before committing to anything.
Reimbursement
We partner with Reimbursify, which simplifies submitting out-of-network claims to your insurer. Many plans offer partial reimbursement once your out-of-network deductible is met. Coverage varies significantly between plans, so we recommend confirming your out-of-network mental health benefits directly with your insurer.
Labs and testing
Our medical team accepts a range of plans, and coverage for individual tests and treatments varies. When we recommend testing, we’ll do our best to help you understand the likely cost in advance — but checking directly with your insurance provider is always worthwhile.
