What to Expect
Before your visit
A free 15-minute call. Prospective patients can book a complimentary call to describe what’s going on, hear how we work, and decide whether it’s a fit. This call is informational and does not include specific medical advice.
Your intake paperwork. Once you schedule, you’ll complete a detailed medical history questionnaire developed by the Institute for Functional Medicine. It’s thorough — that’s the point. It surfaces patterns that a standard intake form never asks about.
Your 7-day food diary. You’ll track diet, sleep, bowel habits, and physical activity for a week before your visit. This is often one of the most revealing pieces of the whole evaluation.
Your records. Send along any recent lab results and relevant medical records so we can review them in advance rather than spending your appointment time on them.
Your initial consultation
(90 minutes)
A full evaluation covering your health history, genetic background, nutrition, lifestyle, stressors, sleep, and goals. We’ll go through your existing labs and records together, and identify where further testing would be genuinely useful.
Your plan
You’ll leave with a personalized integrative treatment plan addressing both mental and physical health. Depending on your situation, it may include:
-
Recommendations for additional diagnostic testing
-
Medication management
-
Targeted supplementation
-
Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
-
IV therapy where indicated
-
A clear schedule for follow-up and monitoring
The plan is a starting point, not a verdict. We adjust as we learn how you respond.
Cancellation and arrival policy
We deliberately limit the number of appointments each day so that we can spend real time with each patient. When an appointment goes unused on short notice, that time can’t be offered to anyone else — so we ask that you value our time as we value yours.
We require 72 business hours (3 business days) notice to cancel or reschedule. For a 10am Monday appointment, that means notifying us by 10am the previous Wednesday.
Cancellations inside that window are subject to:
-
$150 — new patient appointments
-
$100 — established patient appointments
-
Full amount — ancillary services
